CS0246 Error With 'XUnit' Unit Test can't add a Xunit namespace

Question

I have a solution and i want to add a XUnitTests in VisualStudio 2019 With C# Core(3.1), It's show me an error named 'CS0246' and saying that namespace XUnit could not be found.

How can i fix it ??
