It almost fulfilled your conditions except for it's not using Swiper 5 and snap.
- It's rotating with the direction of the swipe.
- With a fast swipe, it should scroll many slides with momentum (as Swiper does).
Then when wheel stops rotating it snaps to a slide (as Swiper does).

Tested in Android 9 and Windows 10 browsers.
coverflowEffect
as starting point and "hacking" its parameters but it's just a workaround, and I can't get the effect of the first codepen. The slides simply won't placed on a circular surface. – Fred K
