It is weird that, my maven-shade-plugin doesn't replacing the original jar with the shaded jar. Does anyone know what could be the reason ?
Here's my plugin in pom.xml
<plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-shade-plugin</artifactId>
<version>${plugin.shade.version}</version>
