It really depends on what CrudEntityPresenter is supposed to be.

If it is a regular bean you should have somewhere in your code a definition similar to this one:

@Bean
public CrudEntityPresenter crudEntityPresenter() {
   CrudEntityPresenter crudEntityPresenter = new CrudEntityPresenter();
   //here goes the code that initializes the bean
   return crudEntityPresenter;
}

If it is supposed to be component/service you should just annotate it with the respective annotation:

@Component
public class CrudEntityPresenter {
}

or

@Service
public class CrudEntityPresenter {
}

Maybe the idea behind it is to use a JpaRepository. I highly doubt it, but if that is the case, CrudEntityPresenter should be an interface that extends JpaRepository:

public interface CrudEntityPresenter extends JpaRepository<MyEntity, String> {
}

In the above example we have a JpaRepository for the entity MyEntity where the id is a String.
