In the last few days, every time I start PyCharm, the default interpreter setting is modified to nothing and the IDE gives this message:

No Python interpreter configured for the project

Is there a way to solve it, or do I need to reinstall PyCharm? I'm using Windows 7 (and Python 3.6).

Does it happen even if you just set it again. run the project then close and open again pycharm ? - Gabriel
It happens one time to me. It was weird and I lost some files but I think it was after a crash of Pycharm that I have to close with the hard way. - Gabriel
As long as Pycharm is open and the interpreter is set, it's ok. The problem happen only when I close and open Pycharm. I precise that I set both Default Interpretor and Project Interpreter each time. - Darkaird
And does it happen if you don't touch anything ? I mean you are 100% sure it close normaly and you didn't move files in your project folder ? - Gabriel
Check in File > Settings > Project: Name_of_project > Projects Interpreter. If you set interpreter for every folder here, apply modifications and close pycharm you still have the problem when you open it again ? - Gabriel

I don't know why but it seems that updating to PyCharm 2017.3 solved the problem.
