prerequisites from component vendor's website in setup project is not working

I just created a setup project and prerequisites is added which should be install from component vendor's website. enter image description here

But when I install my project, the prerequisites (SQL Server 2008 R2) doesn't get install.

Please help me out with this problem.

Maybe higher version of the prerequisites had already been installed. Please check it out!
