How to find country-wise average shipping time between order and shipping date from super store data-tableau

I am new to tableau. Please provide me different ways to achieve this. I am using super store data source .

My question:
How to find country-wise average shipping time between order date and shipping date from super store data-tableau?

My approach:
I have tried by taking a calculated field containing datediff('hour',orderdate, shipdate), this is giving me hours only not the average time what I finally want.

Just a hint since you are learning: Try setting up a cross tab using Order Date, Ship Date and your calculation so you better understand the data. To Make Order Date and Ship Date appear like this, make the 'Exact Date' and 'Discrete' on the options. enter image description here
