Thanks in advance for help. I'm new to python. First, I locally installed python via
wget http://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.10.5/Python-3.10.5.tgz
tar -zxvf Python-3.10.5.tgz
cd Python-3.10.5
mkdir ~/.localpython
./configure --prefix=/home/<username>/.localpython
make
make install
I then ran these commands
python3 -m venv <DIR>
source <DIR>/bin/activate
I then enter this:
python3 -m pip install numpy
I then get this:

My path variables are attached here. I tried following the top answer here: "ssl module in Python is not available" when installing package with pip3. This did not work for me. I can't use sudo
