I am learning Front-end development and wanna make a website like the title screen of a game where a robot will be floating around in corner and will emit a holographic ray to display the contents of the website. The website will be very interactable. It will look something like this : EXAMPLE-IMG
THE INTERFACE WILL LOOK VERY MUCH RETRO-ISH LIKE AN OLD PS2 GAME.
I want to know which technologies I have to learn to be able to make this. Thank You.
