Strange symbols in error log postgres java

I have a problem creating EntityManagerFactory bean and when I try to read the log I have this problem. How do I translate it? Should I change some encoding or IntelliJ language? would appreciate any help

The error should also be in the db servers log file. Maybe there it is readable. - jjanes
