Are they all based on the following principles? Is it possible that the same layer of neurons also have signaling? Neuron layers compute: signals pass from one neuron in one layer to another neuron in the next layer, but cannot pass to the previous layer or another neuron in the current layer because there are no feedback connections and no interactions between neurons in the same layer. In other words, signals can only pass from the input layer to the first hidden layer, then to the second hidden layer and so on, finally flow out the output layer.
