How to use Google Text To Speech API with springboot?

I am planning to make a website to integrate google api in it but don't know how to implement the api in my spring boot project .Like which steps to take to get the desired result and how to approach this problem.

I want to do the live conversion of the text through that api.Is there any way to solve this problem?
