I literally just joined the cybersecurity community and I have absolutely no idea of what I'm doing nor where to start. Basically, I'm trying to understand what I need to do in order to start learning how to be a penetration tester quickly and efficiently.
For the past week or so I've learned of this thing called the "OSI Model" and I've been devoting a couple hours in my day to try and understand it, but I'm starting to think that I'm going in the wrong direction. If someone could help me understand what I need to learn that would be greatly appreciated.
