I am very new to updating web sites. I was sent web and panel folders by site owner. I have made some changes to both and now would like to send them to hosting. I have access to hosting. In cPanel File Manager section, I am seeing this:
I have web and panel folders in my computer which includes react and laravel files inside. But I don't know where to put them. Help is appreciated. Thank you.
