C# TCPForwarder with data encryption

i have a problem with packet forwarder my program is...

any one can help to create TCP Socket to this project

(i have encryption method with no byte change (for example data byte's is 28 byte after encryption its will return 28 byte's encrypted...))

my problem is just only on 2 side(server/client) TCP is not work...

encryption of my algoritm is ok just only i have problem on tcp connection think like its connected and work only 1 time (data exchange) – MGToken
