Getting error in converting plain binary to netcdf - gmtconvert [WARNING]: Long input record (5784 bytes) was truncated to first 4094 bytes

Question

I am trying to convert a plain binary file to netcdf. It is a climate model output. Is there any way to overcome this problem? I am using GMT to convert but is there any other application for this?
