We currently have a single collection with multiple projects on a locally hosted Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2015. We have a new locally hosted instance of Azure DevOps, and would like to slowly (one project at a time) migrate our projects from Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2015 to Azure DevOps. We plan to go to a Git repo in Azure DevOps, but if it's easier to first migrate to Azure DevOps TFVC and then to Azure DevOps Git, we don't mind the extra step. I've been searching online, and haven't found a clean way to do this. Any help would be appreciated. If possible, we'd like to avoid upgrading our TFS server from 2015 to 2018. Thanks!
