First, check your mkmf.log file for more details.

gcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-Wduplicated-cond'
gcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-Wmisleading-indentation'
gcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-Wimplicit-fallthrough=0'

Solution: brew unlink gcc

$ bundle install (will work fine)
