I sell in-app products in my app.
Has been 15 days that I received a message in the play console: Your last payment for $128.79 was issued on Feb. 10.
However I received nothing in my bank account until now.
The Google do not provide support for this matter. When I seek for help, I never find a form to contact them.
I feel frustrated, its like I was robbed, since the amount was already subtracted from the payment configuration section of the play console. And there is no way I can reach the Google to complain about the problem.
I use the same bank account configuration to receive payments from Admobs and never had any problem.
Could anybody shed a light on this for me? Has anybody faced this situation? What was the longest time you had to wait to receive your payment? Is there any channel I can reach the Google about this matter?
