you have to return an observable (like return throwError(...) at line 41 in your picture.griFlo

Make sure you import throwError

import { throwError } from 'rxjs';

and in the end you return the Observable. After console.log() write

                catchError(error => {
                    console.log(error);
                    return throwError(error); // add this line
                 })
            );

Also dont forget the catchError N.B ~tap~ has been depricated, use map insted
