Error: “Required 'Alpha Access' permission for 'Compute API'” while trying to add a disk

Question

I created an SuSE 12 SP4 for SAP instance. Now when I try to attach a disk I am getting the below error:

Required 'Alpha Access' permission for 'Compute API'

I am own of the project and this is the first time I am getting this error.

Anyone know if there is any ongoing issue on GCP or am I missing something?

Update: I am able to manually create the disk and then attach to the Instance.

If you want to use a project for SAP purposes and resources related, you should need to have been granted with access to alpha APIs at project level.

You need to contact Sales to get that access
