ExecuteQueryRetry is throwing remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized

Question

It is a random issue which is get triggered by ExecuteQueryRetry(3) on server and throw following error:

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Any clue why it get unauthorized on reattempt?
