I am posting this question after trying many options. Below are the options I tried. 1. Add property into {JAVA_HOME}/jre/lib/security/java.security security.provider.1=org.bouncycastle.jce.provider.BouncyCastleProvider

download jar from below link and add to {JAVA_HOME}/jre/lib/security http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jce-7-download-432124.html

2.Adding java -Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1.2,TLSv1.1,TLSv1

3.Adding System.setProperty("https.protocols", "TLSv1.2,TLSv1.1,SSLv3"); before connect.

Still I am getting this issue, any help very much appreciated in advance.

remove all of your tests and just add -Djavax.net.debug=all, come back with the full logEugène Adell
This is what worked for me finally: SSLContext context = SSLContext.getInstance("TLSv1.2"); context.init(null, null, null); SSLContext.setDefault(context);Ajay Prajapati

This is what worked for me finally:

I faced this issue several times, for me it worked by updating the US_export_policy.jar and adding ssl certificate in $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/security/cacerts You can refer to this link: https://drissamri.be/blog/2017/02/22/trusting-lets-encrypt-java/
