Report header is not visible on new page in SSRS Report

Question

The report header is visible only in the first page. I clicked Advanced Mode and changed Row Groups first Static's properties: KeepWithGroup - "After" and RepeatOnNewPage - "True", but it doesn't helps. I tried also change it on every Static Row and modify property FixedData to True, but it not works too.

To display row headers on multiple pages Right-click the row, column, or corner handle of a tablix data region, and then click Tablix Properties.

1. In Row Headers, select Repeat header rows on each page.

2. Click OK.

To display column headers on multiple pages Right-click the row, column, or corner handle of a tablix data region, and then click Tablix Properties.

1. In Column Headers, select Repeat header columns on each page.
2. Click OK.
