I am using Amazon Deep Learning AMI (Ubuntu) Version 18.0 (with Ubuntu 16.04 LTS). After activating pytorch environment, PyTorch is not detecting CUDA. Also, nvidia-smi shows "NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running." How to solve this problem?
