I get this error message since this morning

What did i tried:

  • 32 bit java(yes i updated the env. variable to the P. Files(X86))
  • reinstalled android studio and android sdk several times
  • deleted any other java sdk
  • reinstalled both 64 and 32 bit java sdk several times
  • rebooted the laptop
  • reinstalled both ionic3 and cordova

Did you try to set JAVA_HOME without the "\bin" (C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_181\)

To do it: Start -> Computer -> System Properties -> Advanced system settings -> Environment Variables -> System variables -> New

  • In variable name : insert JAVA_HOME
  • In variable value : insert C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_40
