I'm trying to build a APP on Android but always returns this error

pretending ANDROID_HOME would not be set is non-sense, while the log tells otherwise ...possibly it is being set to the wrong location; ever verified that? - Martin Zeitler

Could you please follow those steps ? If there is anything wrong after this I might help, and we have a common ground of the steps you took to setup the build. Without knowing what you did to set the system up or see spefcific errors it is really hard to help you

i had the same problem, and solved running the command

ionic doctor check

That command scan your project and fix the outdated modules
