Android package error for Visual studio 2017 V15.6.6

I faced this error after updating my Visual Studio 2017.

An error occurred trying to install required android components on Project 'homebudget'.Project 'homebudget' requires the following components installed on your machine:

Please help me regarding this issue.

Yes.....but I am unable to download this file :-Please download 'dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/…' and extract it to the 'C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Xamarin\Xamarin.GooglePlayServices - Subrata Mitra

You could try to follow this link: Resolving Library Installation Errors. Delete the root folder of the package where the error comes from. In your case it is C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Xamarin\Xamarin.Android.Support.v4\19.1.0\. and delete the zip file in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Xamarin\zips.
