I upgraded to dotnet core SDK 2.0 from dotnet SDK 1.1, but on dotnet run projects that have been created with version 2.0.0 they run but with warnings.

Projects that were created with version 1.1 before the upgrade are running as expected. I have tried to search for guidance on how to overcome this but I have failed.
Looked at the config files, but not clear on what todo.
I have reinstalled the SDK after removing all old version, Upgraded Visual Studio Community 2017 to 15.3.5 but still stuck with the warnings.
