Autohotkey (ahk) - Variable Scroll Wheel Speed

Question

I would like to be able to control my mouse wheel scrolling by clicking my right mouse button and dragging it, setting a variable scroll speed based on how far up/down I move the mouse from where it was initially clicked.

I appreciate any help.

You might as well consider using AHK Studio IDE instead.
