Install package error.(cl.exe)

I tried to install python package SimPeg(by setup.py install)

Error:

I had a similar issue, and installing this http://landinghub.visualstudio.com/visual-cpp-build-tools solved my issue.

Please, try to reinstall whole Visual Studio package in this case
