Getting the following log while deploying a war file on tomcat server

Since you are using Oracle Enterprise Data Quality see the "EDQ Configuration Directories" section of https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1221/edq/install/planning.htm#DQINS5286

It looks like either your base or local configuration directory is wrong.
