WooCommerce product shortcode that includes product variations

I'm displaying WooCommerce products on a custom page using the shortcode [add_to_cart id="X"].

I'm now looking to extend this to include a variable product with a range of sizes.

On the products own product page this automatically works, creating the following:

I want this exact feature on my custom page alongside my other products. Is there a shortcode or mechanism to achieve this?

For anyone also stuck, I couldn't find a way to do this. I ended up copying the HTML from the dropdown in the product page and pasting it into my custom page. Not a very elegant solution.
