HTTP Adapter response JSON displays Arabic Character as

Same implementation works fine in Eclipse Studio with IBM MFP 7.1.0.00.20160513-1006

Below properties in jvm.options resolved this issue:

-Duser.language=en
-Duser.country=US
-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
