Make sure you have org.springframework.jdbc-XX.jar in your classpath. If you are using maven or gradle to compile/build your app, declare it in your dependencies...

Maven:

    <version>4.3.1.RELEASE</version>
</dependency>

Gradle:

compile("org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter")
compile("org.springframework:spring-jdbc")

Change the version release as you need.
