Couldn't run rails server! gem 'rails x86-mingw32' not found

I'm trying to run rails server and this error comes up!

Error message on command prompt

Gemfile

gem 'Rails', '4.2.6'

gem 'mysql2', '>= 0.3.13', '< 0.5'

gem 'sdoc', '~> 0.4.0', group: :doc

gem 'tzinfo-data', platforms: [:mingw, :mswin, :x64_mingw, :jruby]

Could not find gem 'rails x86-mingw32'

And try deleting the Gemfile.lock, then bundle installing again.
