I have an angular app that was scaffolded by the yeoman angular generator, and I am using the grunt file that yo angular created. I changed the globbing, but that didn't fix it.
Running grunt serve:dist on my app correctly concatenates and copies all the app files (app.js and all services, controllers etc) to the dist folder as a single file, but the name of that concatenated file is never inserted into index.html. Instead all the original file names remain, but of course those files aren't in the dist so the app fails when it's run.
Here is the relevant part of index.html before grunting.

And here it is after grunting. Notice that the references to the vendor scripts were correctly replaced with a reference to the concatenated vendor.js file, but the rest of the references were untouched. I have to manually replace them with a reference to the scripts.js file if the app is to work.
