Autohotkey Remap Wildcard Modifiers

Question

How to remap Insert button to PageDown, without explicitly remapping modifier keys, such that CtrlInsert is taken as CtrlPgDn, CtrlShiftInsert is taken as CtrlShiftPgDn etc.

I tried *, but it doesn't work:

*Insert:: Send {PgDn}
