Magento fedex service not getting

I have given all the required parameters in admin side.But i am getting the error "This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us. magento".while we chckout default magento product the fedex service is working.The products added after theme integration , the error showing with this product checkout process.Any ideas?

You need to be sure that your shopping cart is configured correctly. Are you using the built in one page checkout module?

This has to do with your server SSL. Enable your "debug" in Fedex setting of Magento, you can see "[error] => SSL support is not available in this build" in the /var/log/shipping_fedex.log file
