Magento Custom options not saving

I have imported the products via Magmi and for those imported products whenever I try to add any Custom Options, it does not get saved. If I add a product via Magento backend, the custom options are created perfectly.

There is no error in either Magento logs, or Apache logs. The product save option brings back the Success message, but the options are not saved.

I am using Magento CE 1.7.0.2

Please let me know if anyone else has faced this problem and solved it before.

Have you attempted to rebuild index at all? If not, do that.
