Schema.org - Incomplete microdata with schema.org when ratingCount = 0

We have marked up our webshop using schema.org. Testing on richsnippets tool everything is fine, when our product page has 1 or more rating.

When there are no ratings, we show that rating count = 0, and in these products, google richsnippets tool show an incomplete microdata with schema.org warning.

Is there any solution for this problem?

The bad richsnippets result with 0 rating count:

Well, maybe Google's implementation is broken by requiring at least one review before thay accept it as valid?

On schema.org there is no mention of any required minimum value. And Bing's Markup Validator doesn't report any errors
