maven 2.2.1 Tomcat 7 Cannot invoke Tomcat manager:401

Question

I try to deploy new maven project on tomcat 7. And I get

This pom.xml make error 401

You should use the apache maven tomcat plugin instead of the codehaus tomcat-maven-plugin.

as mentioned on the web-site on codehaus.
