Cant fix dependecy problems on Ubuntu 12.04 libcanberra-gtk

Cant install any package neither "apt-get upgrade" due dependencies errors on libcanberra-gtk0

This question might be better suited for www.askubuntu.com. In the meantime, you might want to download and install the package manually, thus bypassing aptitude. — Jason

I had imcompatible apt sources in /etc/apt/apt.d/ Deleting all do the job. — Norton Prot

You have to look for the specified package in launchpad, so for libcanberra-gtk0 you need to got here, but you might want to change to another ubuntu version and architecture.

Then you need to retype sudo apt-get -f install and it's possible you keep getting error messages for libs dependencies, and again you have to repeat the process.

However, this method is also dangerous because it also affects the way ubuntu gets version upgraded... since it can't resolve these packs.
