"Ending at" inclusive in Job Schedule

I could not find official description if "Ending at" field in the Job Schedule is inclusive?

Yesterday I have set it to "05:00 AM", but the last run was on "04:00 AM". I did not expect this behaviour.

its normal if you set it hourly and set it like starting 00:00 - 05:00 . last run will be 04:00. Set it like 05:01 if you want it to execute on 05:00 – Ali Fidanli
