Cannot destructure property `allowedHost` of 'undefined' or 'null'

I am trying to create a new react-native project with Expo CLI Quickstart.

expo start --web command is promoting me the below error on macOS.

Cannot destructure property allowedHost of 'undefined' or 'null'.

I tried https://github.com/expo/expo/issues/5727#issuecomment-533895008 but in vain.

Did you try with SDK 35? – Oleg
Thanks Oleg ...I tried "expo": "35.0.0" and the error is still the same. Cannot destructure property allowedHost of 'undefined' or 'null'. – Durga Prasad

I tried this earlier – Durga Prasad

Check if you can update expo cli to version 3.1. The latest version.

 npm install -g expo-cli
